What we collect, and why

• Your email address: to find your order if you lose the link, and to contact you about a problem with your order. We don't send marketing and don't share it with anyone except Stripe for payment.
• The names and messages you write: to build your gift. They appear on the gift page for anyone with the link.
• Order details: the game, price, discount code used, payment status and Stripe payment references, to deliver your gift and investigate problems.
• Gift visits: how many times a gift page was opened and when it was last opened (not who opened it). Gifts made with a 100% discount code are deleted after 3 days without a visit; the page stops working, and we record when it was deleted with its visit count and last visit. The order record (including the names and messages) is kept like any other order; ask us if you want it erased.
• Theme suggestions: if you suggest a game theme, we store what you write, without your name or email, and post it to our private team chat.
• Reports and feedback: if you use “Report a problem or send feedback” on a gift page, we store your message, the gift it was sent from, your browser’s name and version, and your email only if you give it, so we can fix problems and reply.
• Survey answer: if you answer the one-question price survey after an order, we store your answer with that order to help set prices.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card or PayPal details go directly to Stripe and PayPal; we never see or store them. If you pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay, that service handles your payment details in the same way.

Hosting and security

The site runs on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. We use IP addresses briefly to limit repeated requests (for example, guessing discount codes). A few discount codes can be used once per internet connection; for those we keep a scrambled, one-way version of your IP address, not the address itself, for as long as the code runs. We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

Stored in your browser

While you fill in the form, your draft is saved in your own browser (local storage) so it survives a refresh. It is not sent to us until you continue. Clearing your browser's site data removes it.

How long we keep it, and your choices

We keep orders and gifts so your link keeps working and so we can help with problems. You can ask us to delete your gift and your personal details at any time; we'll keep only what we must for payment records.
