What you are buying

A personalised interactive card (a small game): a private web page on this site with the names and messages you write, delivered as a link straight after payment. Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Payment is processed by Stripe.

Your content

• You are responsible for what you write. Don't include anything illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or anyone's private information (addresses, phone numbers, ID numbers and so on).
• We may disable a gift that breaks these rules or that we receive a valid complaint about.
• Gift links are private but not secret: anyone who has the link can open it. Only share it with people you want to see it.

Keeping your link

We plan to keep paid gift pages online for the long term, but we can't promise any page will stay available forever. If you lose your link, use Lost your link? with your order reference or Stripe receipt number and your email.

Gifts made with a 100% discount code

A gift made for free with a 100% discount code is deleted automatically if nobody opens it for 3 days in a row (counted from when it was made, or from its last visit). Every visit restarts the 3 days. Once deleted it can't be restored; you can make a new one. We count visits to the gift page (number of visits and the time of the last one) to apply this rule.

No refunds

• Interactive wishing games are digital items delivered immediately, so all sales are final and we don't offer refunds.
• If you were charged but didn't get your link, or the gift doesn't open, email us with your order reference and we'll deliver or fix it.
• Discount codes have no cash value.
• A gift's thank-you card code gives 50% off one order and works once.
